- Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept refunds or returns on purchases.
- Please review item descriptions, conditions, and photos carefully before completing your order.
Exceptions for Damaged or Incorrect Items
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@clevercatcomics.com
with the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement (if available) or store credit at our discretion.
Cancellations & Pre-Orders
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped.
- For pre-orders, cancellations may be accepted before the item’s release date. Please contact us for assistance.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Clever Cat Comics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. If you experience an issue, please reach out to the shipping carrier for assistance.
